Sorry for the delay in updating the rules & everything... There were a
lot of changes this nweek, and I was busy at work today, and then once
I got home I lost Internet connectivity, so I haven't been having the
best day :). [[Insert more random excuses here if you'd like.]]

I should have everything all up-to-date before the Watch strikes 2,
however.
