I might run for it myself, but I haven't really decided yet. I'm not taking chances. A prolonged in-the-vat state results in a forfeiture, so this is a CYA. The conventional wisdom (if not the officially adopted Bnomic philosophy) is that failure to take an action is an action, that failure to make a choice is a choice, etc., so I could see someone (even, dare I say, me) trying to make a claim that failure to make a statement is a statement. So I object to that implicit statement. Just to be sure. I'm not going to run for Minister of the Roster for a while, since if I did I'd probably make it a dynamic page, and that'll be after I complete Wonko's card coil, which will be after I finish coding Tunnelers for online play. Which, slacker that I am, might be a while yet. But I'm working on it. -- Glotmorf ----- The Ivory Mini-Tower: a blog study in Social Technology. http://www.nomic.net/~dwhytock/imt _______________________________________________ spoon-discuss mailing list spoon-discuss@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/spoon-discuss
