[s-d] Re: [s-b] And All is Made Right.

Thank you much for not abusing this too much and more or less fixing thigs..
and for giving me my tomatoes back. You might've fixed the tomato thing as
well while you were at it, but it should be good, as I plan to hold off with
the excessive throwing until i fix it.

An interesting side effect of your changes to r699 is that now we can in
effect vote on props in the middle of the nweek if most of us think it
necessary. For example, i can just declare: I modify rWhateverTomatoesIs to
say that you may only throw a tomato you own, and if a mojority of players
wants that to happen, it happens regardless of what the other rules say.
This is almost a good thing, because there are some times when something
broken happens and we want to change it right away. However, it is abusable
in the following fashion:

I take all of Wonko's possessions and redistribute them among the rest of
the players.

Now of course a majority will declare this legal. (assuming we are all self
centered, of course. It is quite possible that in the best interest of the
game a mojority will vote against such an action. But we can harldy trust in
altruism to run our game)

This is a problem. I will be posting to spoon business shortly with some
fixes for this...
