In the sidebar, they should be a link labeled 'info' or 'diffs' 
(depending on what theme you're using). If you click on that, you can 
view earlier versions of the page (that's also how you revert).

In this case, it was pretty standard wiki spam - lots of links to 
random websites, etc.
