[s-d] Outsourcing Subgames

A thought: would anyone be interested in playing Nomopoly? Apparently 
there's a new game of that starting September 20th (see 
http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~umyakelj/nomopoly2/ for more details). It 
occurred to me that we could put in a rule with text like, "Any player 
who wins the game of Nomopoly II hosted at 
http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~umyakelj/nomopoly2/ is immediately awarded 
a Win upon doing so".

It would be like a subgame, except that nonplayers could join the fun 
and we wouldn't have to do any tracking ourselves.
