Zarpint's counted them as part of the Roster, and is tracking them at 
<http://www.nomic.net/~wonko/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/VotingTokens>.

At the moment, though, they don't do anything, as none of them can 
become the Irregular Voting Token without the Voting Gremlin, who was 
repealed last nweek.
