I'm still not off leave (or whatever the new ruleset calls it) - work is 
truly sucking, but at the same time paying too well to be blown off :/

I wish to let the following be known;

I am currently recognizing a State of Emergency

I would, at this point, vote in favour of the end of B Nomic and the 
begining of C Nomic - while I accept Wonko's statement about the game, I 
think we are hopelessly bogged down by the uncleaned-up links in the 
ruleset.

I would not vote for the proposed ruleset - I feel they are both very much 
B Nomic proposals - I think we must start with a very basic ruleset and 
build upon it, or we shall just be setting our errors into concrete.

I would like to see a co-operative bias introduced - I have a way to do 
this that may surprise you.

I do also support Wonko's cleaning of the ruleset - if one happens, the 
other may not, either is good.

Wonko retains my Voting Proxy for the time being.
