Looks like you could fit three of them in Rhode Island, and 
the population is smaller than my subdivision.  The three 
economic ventures there are a closed casino, a proposed 
commercial space launch facility and a phosphate mine.

It's part of Australia.  I think Australia allows guns in the 
Ourback, but...what the hell is there to shoot on the island, 
except maybe the people?
