Baron von Skippy, you're supposed to be handling this. Under rule 127, 
Judgment, "If the Administrator is the defendant of a CFI, then the Off 
Leave player with the highest score other than the Plaintiff or 
Defendant must choose another eligible player at random to be the 
judge, following the same eligibility rules as outlined above."

This is you; you must choose another player at random other than 
yourself, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and any players who have been 
recused from a CFI within the past two nweeks (that's Glotmorf).
