Well, if Wonko adds that to his offer, there's *buzz* no way for you to verify
whether he follows it or not. Of course, Wonko *crackle* could verify it. But
if he doesn't, it's indistinguishable *crackle* to anyone else.

None of this stops you from making an informal *buzz* agreement not to use
the software. It just wouldn't be illegal to break it.
