B' Nomic, if we start with something rather close to our current ruleset?
If we are going to start anew, then I'd rather do a full makeover - and if possible make a basic beginning ruleset that doesn't need an admin, so Dave can play this time 

I'm going to start work on that about now, i think

Anyone got any suggestions?
