I am unsure as to Zarpint actually having the right to vote, myself.For a start e has not posted a message on a recognised Public forum declaring emself to be a player, as the only public forum for the game (as opposed to the SoE) was spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx, which was down at the time. In addition, by rule 3 even if e had posted such a message, eir message would not take effect until _after_ the clock restarts, which cannot happen until the end of the SoE.
