Y'know, I totally missed when that change happened. That completely 
invalidates a lot of things, like voting privately to the Admin, as 
well.

I declare this prop to be Fatally Flawed, and will change it next nweek.

I'd like it to be more like a society subgame, where as long as you 
notify all the members, it's a legal move. Since there isn't a specific 
'recognizer' for these actions, there seems to be no reason to restrict 
them to a public forum.
