It stands for 'Insert Name Here'. As for integrating, I'd set up a clause in 
the independent's charter which suspends it, and transfers control to INH 
if/when INH accepts it. Then, propose in INH to create a subgame with a 
clause that accepts the current state from the previously independent 
society. In theory, that should work. I'd probably just get rid of the old 
one and create a new one, though.
