I disagree.  If e wants to not waste bandwidth, e can replace the prop with something rather than rescinding it.

Introducing a Prisoner's Dilemma situation?  I might feel obliged to vote against obviously good props just to keep the proposer from getting too far ahead.

No.  I rather like prose forms.  I only wish I had the time and energy to get back into them.
