Given that I've been a Penguin for at least two nweeks, shouldn't I have reverted by now? Or have I already, and I've been too wrapped up in myself to notice? Either way, get me out of Wonko's pocket...

No, you haven't. 'Cause you screwed up the proposal to do it. You made objects which have Penguin or Toad as their Race Helpless, and established methods for turning them into something else.

But you don't have penguin or toad for your race. You are an Elf; you just also happen to be a Toad. So you don't revert.

BTW, it occurred to me that things would probably be easier on Dave if more events were player-triggered instead of automatic. So, for example, Dave would not have to remember that two nweeks after you become a penguin, you revert; instead, after two nweeks of being a penguin, you could, in a public forum, unpenguinify yourself, thus notifying Dave of it as well.

This idea came to me when I was browsing the Agoran Ruleset; it's the way they deal with dead players. When a player hasn't made a post in a few weeks, another player could choose to make em Quiet, which is roughly equivalent to Forced Leave. It seems to me that this A) cuts down on what the admin has to remember, and B) gives the players something to do during these long, boring stretches when the game goes half-dead.

Speaking of half-dead, where is everyone? There have been no posts for three days now except the Ballot and Votes...
