You did, but Dave couldn't find a way to make it unauthored.  As things 
stand now, only Declarations of (Dis)Respect and Votes of Ministerial 
No-Confidence are unauthored.
Maybe we could make a new kind of unauthored prop, a Bestowage of Titles or 
something, which does nothing but grant titles.  I'm out of Bandwidth for 
the nweek, or I would do it.
