Not looking at the rules at the moment, if all it says is "slur", all that means is something like "obstructed speech", which means anything that's hard to read (or say) qualifies.  It may be annoying and lacking entertainment value, but unless the rules specifically say "drunken slur" it's legal.

Hell, there's not a whole lot you can do with RUs even WITH BNS, except give them to WBE.
