Regarding P1407, the following proposed subsection of r22... "B. No Loopholes The Wins of players and other objects cannot be changed except as described in this section of this rule. If the Wins of any player or any other object is for some reason changed as the result of something other than this rule, then it is changed back to it's previous value." ...results in it being impossible to score a win, since wins can only be changed in that subsection, but that subsection provides no means of changing wins. Therefore, even though it is later proposed that r1282 be changed to include the text "and is Awarded a Win", r1282 will be incapable of doing so, since the new r22.b would just change the player's wins back.
