I think perhaps you think my above comment means that I think I voted 
in favor of most proposals on this nweek's Ballot. The 'these' I was 
referring to actually meant Uin's old 'scrap parts of the ruleset' 
things, and especially the 'repeal rule 10' ones. I personally feel 
that all of rule 10 is useless, and I do believe I voted for most of 
Uin's props to rescind it.

If instead you're referring to my change of vote being posted to the 
-discuss list, well, it's legally cast as long as Dave actually reads 
it, 'cause then it counts as privately informing Dave.
