I did not do my best to understand it, I instead just skimmed it.  I assume 
that since you submitted it and someone agreed with you that it's good that 
it is in fact good, but here are my impressions:
It says something about a 4-nday vote starting on nday 8.  Last I checked, 
we had voting on ndays 8, 9, and 10, which is 3 ndays long.  I did see the 
x-1 thing earlier, and I assume it works out fine, but I think it would be 
less confusing to call it a 3-nday vote and adjust accordingly.
