B. ElectionsAt the beginning of every nweek which is an integral multiple of three, an election is held for the seat on the Council of Elders occupied by the player whose term is over. Any player who is eligible to be a member may run for this seat by declaring that e is doing so by the beginning of nday 3 of that nweek. A vote is then immediately held of all players, and the eligible player who recieves the most votes recieves the seat on the Council.
You might want to be more specific here... when does voting end for the Council Elections? Since the vote happens "immediately" after the beginning of nday 3, doesn't that mean that our votes would have to hit the forum *exactly* at 00:00:00 UTC? Or would the vote last until a victor was decided, in which case a group of players could cripple the council by withholding eir votes indefinitely?
Neither possibility looks attractive; might I suggest holding the election for, say, three ndays? Or perhaps until Voting starts...
And a question: does the Councilor whose time is up continue to preside until the election results are in? Or is there an empty seat from the beginning of the nweek until a successor is established?
