The rule is still there, the rule is now harder to use, the rule is just as hard to change as it was before I made it easier to change, and the rule now doesn't as easily provide a means to pull the manouever I used to change it. In other words, if it was a sore like Rob apparently thought, it could nevertheless be healed. Now it's a wart.
