I make these changes to __Races__, although most of them are Rectifiable:

Change the sentence,
"These four attributes may be referred to as Sats."
to
"These four attributes may be referred to as Stats."

In the sentence,
"If any of an objects Stats are not otherwise explicitly defined, they are 
set to these default values."
change "objects" to "object's".

In the sentence,
"An object that has the end of it's name "of +/- # STAT" gives +/- # STAT."
change "it's" to "its".

Change
"C.5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
There exists a Ministry of Statkeeping."
to
"C.9. The Ministry of Statkeeping
There exists a Ministry of Statkeeping.  The Minister of Statkeeping may be 
referred to as the Statkeeper."
