Regarding the Happy Birthday to Us! proposal... - Might want to use "the game" instead of B Nomic, just in case someone for some reason forces a game name change. - Add some provision in the paragraph stating the annual party date to indicate it's the nweek that, *barring SOEs, writs of delay, etc.*, does not contain December 5. Otherwise, one instance of the clock being turned off could kill the party.
