Hmm.  A CFI, that I at the moment agree with, yet I am defending.  Well lets 
see what reasoning I can dredge up:

Cheezy Poofs
Opera
Fudge

That's about it.  Since I'm sure Dave will agree with the CFI, it's pretty 
much pointless.  I, however, will be extremly amused if it is ruled FALSE.

I do, however, have an idea spawned by this CFI...
