It's still against the current rules.  Societies are somewhat like players, 
able to perform actions (including trying to punish or reward someone), but 
they cannot force anything.  One wierd thing now is that people can rack up 
huge debts with a society, and leave other players to pay the debt.

But it doesn't matter, as I have judged them.

I agree with you.  I see nothing I like in this proposal.
