There are appearenly unjudged CFI's.  I would suggest that the assigned 
judges take care of them.  The CFI page is a bit hard to follow, but I 
believe that current ones include:

CFJ 1164/0
CFI by Wonko
Assigned Judge: Glotmorf

CFI by Baron von Skippy
Assigned Judge: Iain

CFJ 1166/0
CFI by bd
Assigned Judge: 404notfound

CFJ 1205/0

Note that Iain is on the list.  Tell me, why does e wish to be a player if 
e's not playing?

The list may not be complete.  And some may even have been judged.  I think 
we need some sort of standardization in the CFI page, and some timestamping 
as well.
