I considered making a few changes to Rule 0's text, too, but I figured it's 
best not to muck around with such sensitive stuff during an emergency.

I too want a 3D grid; however, all the props/rules I've seen so far just 
cause confusion and/or lots of bugs.  Lots of rules are dependent on a 2D 
grid.  I personally think the best way to go about things is to create a new 
3D space (maybe 10x10x10 to keep it manageable), and migrate the rules to 
affect it.

I'm trying to fix instabilities, and I think that an 
undefined/semidefined/misdefined grid is an instability.
