with the ticket sharing the most numbers with the Winning Numbers gains half 
the points in the Lottery Pool, rounded down. If there is a tie, then half 
the points in the Lottery Pool are divided between them. All points transfers 
are rounded down. One quarter of the points in the Lottery Pool is then 
transferred to the Gremlin Fund, rounded down, all Ticket attributes are 
removed, and the Admin announces what the Winning Numbers were.
