It doesn't make a difference - the entropy boom puts the football in the
center somewhere, and the score wipe a paragraph down resets the effects of
the down.

Then the proposal's gonna be much longer - I'll have to go through and list
every effect I want to happen.

No, they're not. And right now, there are certainly not more than two in
existence, only one if the Society CFI's don't come out right.

Well, that too. But there still should be a random one out in space
somewhere - there were an infinite number of squares with coordinates
(6*n,6*m) that didn't contain Service Malls, so one should have been created
on a random one. Which means rolling 1dinfinity, so I think it's easier just
to clear everything out now.
