Yes bd, all instanvces in section  B.3...

to clarify section  B.3 reads as follows:

"The Ring of Power: Any player possessing the Ring of Blind Faith may
create up to 3 Insta-Rules regardless of eir Insta-Ruler value. Each
Insta-Rule created in this manner will automatically repeal itself in 1d3
nweeks."

Howver Should read:

"The Ring of Power: Any player possessing the Ring of Power may
create up to 3 Insta-Rules regardless of eir Insta-Ruler value. Each
Insta-Rule created in this manner will automatically repeal itself in 1d3
nweeks."

and since I  specified that only B.3 should be modified in this manner noit
the entire proposal stands as it is... I didnt' think that fix was
ambigous...
