Though the bnomic-private mailing list exists and would work admirably as
a backup system for a public forum, I cannot at this time find a good
alternative for hosting the Web site. Moving it somewhere would take a
couple hours that, to be blunt, I don't have right now.

(There's a lot more to the Web site than what you see -- I've got a
healthy, and growing, back-end system for managing most aspects of the
game. The database is growing fairly big too, currently weighing in at
about 4.5 MB.)

Thus, this evening, around the time that Voting would be due to start,
I'll probably just invoke the Writ of Delay rule. Maybe make the other
mailing list a Public Forum so that I can continue to invoke it every
couple of days, until Joel is safely settled in his new home.

(Unless anyone has some truly brilliant ideas they'd like to share...)
