I've been working on vote processing and the nweekly updates for about
three hours now. Man, you folks *gotta* start paying me for this. :-)

The ruleset is updated, but most of the other changes (Roster updates, and
so on) haven't gone through yet.

Nobody's at any of the Entropy thresholds yet, but a couple of you are
getting awfully close. (And that's *including* the fact that I finally got
round to Garbage Collecting Bean.)

Must sleep now.
