>From a point of view of preventing scams I think it will be safer to amend
this rule to include members of house grem instead of overriding it
elsewhere.  And it should be pretty easily done.

That was my plan when I proposed the change to "this rule" from "these
rules".  It prevents things like the junior g-men scam.
