[spoon-discuss] The Clock will be Off for a day or two

Due to personal circumstances beyond my control (anyone who cares can look
'em up in my online journal), I've got things on my mind a lot more
important than the Nomic. So it'll be a day or two before I'm able to
spare a couple hours to count the votes and process the end-of-nweek
stuff.
