Tsk.  Don't you realize the game exists in its own little universe?  That's why some people argue against using dictionary meanings for otherwise undefined words, since the dictionary isn't cited in the rules, and therefore, from some perspectives, doesn't exist.

Therefore, actions taken by non-players who in turn are not explicitly game-recognized entities don't exist from the point of view of the Administrator; therefore, he's not compelled to recognize them.

Consider the public forum.  Strictly speaking, the rules collectively define the public forum as those game-defined actions and game-defining statements made or recognized by the Administrator by way of being sent to a particular email address he has specified.  That means the messages from the company in China aren't in the public forum, since the Administrator didn't make or recognize them.

There is no cause for panic, and nothing to fix.
