Hmm. You have to roll higher (not just equal) _and_ you only get 50% of
your bet added on?

So if you bet 10 points, you have a 44.4% chance of getting 15, or an
expected payoff of 6.66. That's evil on multiple levels.

Nobody would use this Casino.
