Yes, that's true, but when Dave says "Get your votes in by 6 o'clock Central", he's converting to local time. And that conversion changed recently from Standard to Daylight. So the nday (and the nweek) cycle at 7 o'clock CDT (UTC-5) and 8 o'clock EDT (UTC-4). Bean
