A note to the Admin -

Rule 502 says 
"The last two paragraphs of this rule delete themselves at the end of nweek
11.

For the purpose of claiming a free alcoholic beverage nweek 11 is considered
to be the first nweek of the year. [[Better late than never!]] "

So it ought to look different right now.
