spoon-discuss: Keywords

Say, you know those little keyword links atop the rule summaries of the
Current Rules page? And you know how when you click 'em you get a list of
all the Rules with that Keyword? Wouldn't it be cool if the Keywords page
listed the keywords as links to all the Rules with that Keyword? Just a
suggestion...
