Ah.  I didn't realize Characteristics were game entities similar to Dimensions, since there wasn't anything that said "A Characteristic is such-and-such."  When it said the Weather has characteristics, I was thinking that, yes, most things have characteristics, such as the firmness and redness of an apple.

So since characteristics are things that the Weather has, characteristics are therefore game entities?
