It was godawful quiet at first when the clock went back on. Like I said, the Nomic ceased to exist then. We were just stumbling to find our way back into it. I suggest that the Clock never be turned off again. Anything which prevents proposals from being passable (A Nomic's "quorum" rule, for example) is hazardous to a Nomic's health. -- Rob Speer
