Sorry, guy. This would make r296 conflict with r256, which means that entity known now as The Scoring Gremlin would cease to exist.
What? This is *within* *my* *proposal*, not the ruleset. Since my football proposal hasn't been adopted yet, I can revise it however I want. And it won't make it cease to exist.......
