spoon-discuss: CFJ page fixed

Though I doubt anyone will actually care at this point, I put in a
temporary hack so that the CFJ page isn't as broken as it once was.

Mind you, it now thinks that I'm the judge assigned to Scoff!'s CFJ, but
it's a start. (It was either that or temporarily assign the CFJ to the
Scoring Gremlin. :)
