spoon-discuss: Arg!

Arg! I've just noticed that my proposal to take away Gremlins' bank accounts
is about to be eaten by the Hungry Gremlin. I suppose it doesn't want to
lose its account.

In case you didn't notice, I've decided to abide by the CFJ which states
that I'm not sushied on Spoon-Discuss. Here are the things I'd like to have
already said, but failed:

First of all, yes, I was trying to point out that 250/0 didn't create
anything. I'm glad something got through.

Secondly, I wanted to point out that the Bandwidth Gremlin didn't have
Active/Hiding conditions, but that's all fixed.

Thirdly, I tried to suggest that we try something along the lines of
'Actions take effect when they are recognized by the admin. CFJs must state
that an action was illegal. If a judgment decides that an action was
illegal, it shall be treated as if it had never been recognized by the
admin.' Is anything wrong with that?

I also tried to convey my concern that the effects of the Pink Scarf and the
Cursed Sushi might cancel out, in that lisped words wouldn't be translated.

Finally, right now I'd like to point out that the Grid proposal states that
a Player may move once per week, not per nweek, which I don't think is what
was supposed to be there.

I think that's everything important. I'll get to the actual voting stuff a
