Doesn't matter. I was voting by sending my votes to the admin, not via a public forum. The fact that my message also went to the spoon-discuss list isn't important, because I was not communicating with players, so it wasn't a forum. I may have communicated with the admin in a way which other players could see, but that's merely incidental.
Aside from which, the sushi rule has no power over my actions, despite what it may claim.
