One small problem with the 'Force of law' CFJ ­ if it's true, then rule 1's
text changes to what the CFJ says. Then, on Jan. 21, rule 1 rewrites itself
to change its text. Meanwhile, the CFJ, also with the force of law,
continues to define rule 1's text the same way it did earlier. Thus, rule
1's text is both what the CFJ says and what the text specified by the CFJ
says, which are different from each other. This is a contradiction. What
happens?
