I apologize for not realizing that the three "Judicial Reform" bills
weren't actually formal proposals.

Just after voting closes, I'll delete them from the proposals database and
re-issue their numbers to three of the new proposals. (I don't want to do
it during voting, because that could lead to buckets of confusion.)

In the meantime, feel free to keep voting for/against them. Consider it a
free straw-poll.
