spoon-discuss: Mediocrity isn't exactly fixed

I see two problems with the proposal that passed to fix Mediocrity:

>The ContestMaster of each Mediocrity sub-game is the winner of the previous

>If there was no previous subgame the winner is the ContestMaster of that game.
The winner of what? The nonexistent previous subgame?

>If there is no Mediocrity game active any Player start one and declare emself
>concertmaster of the new game by posting such to the Public Forum.
Okay, so we get a Concertmaster, but not a ContestMaster.
